What is the difference between virtual office and traditional office rental method?
In the traditional lease, you sign a lease agreement with the owner. Whereas, in the virtual office service you sign a service agreement. In this way, instead of the withholding tax arising from the lease agreement, you pay VAT, which DAİRE will be billing to you in virtual office option. Moreover, you are not responsible for any utility bills (such as electricity, wi-fi, water, gas, etc.)
Which documents are required for the virtual office contract?
If you are establishing a new firm, the ID and a proof of place of residence of the company executive are required.
What’s next after signing the contract?
The first step in the establishment of the company is to sign the contract with DAİRE. Then you can apply to the Beşiktaş Tax Office with the signed contract. Following your application, Tax Office makes a polling visit to confirm the address & firm at DAİRE on the day when it informs you via SMS. During the inspection, the presence of a person authorized by the company is mandatory to complete the process.
